Very different place than it was several years ago… I encourage everyone to give them a try again. The vet is so kind and caring and their staff is amazing!

I got there when they opened at 8 AM. There was five animals in front of me. I waited for 3 hours and no one ever came back to talk to me. I was there for two shots and they wanted to charge me $294 ( the shot cost was $67 and $29). I finally just walked out.

I cannot recommend this vet enough. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Recently rescued a 5 week old kitten (my first animal I’ve been fully responsible for so I have no idea what I’m doing) and they have answered every question I’ve had and more. And I’ve had a lot. She recently got sick and they have taken great care of her AND me. Constantly calls and checks in on us and making sure everything’s going okay. I’ve brought her in nearly every day this week because she’s been sick and struggling and they have been more than welcoming and supportive and didn’t make me feel like we were a burden whatsoever. I definitely felt like I was annoying them with how many questions I had and just being a little helicopter pet parent. And they made sure to answer any questions I had and give me tips on what to do. 100/10 would HIGHLY recommend these guys. I can tell they truly care what’s best for you and your animal.

We have been customers for years and have taken all our pets here. However, when our dog got ill on a Friday, they would not fit him on to be seen. After emergency services at a place that did not have our dog’s history, we lost him. St. Bethlehem will NEVER see another pet of ours an I will inform everyone I know about their non-caring service.
