I feel my concerns are addressed and the staff is nice, but the wait can seem incredibly long even when hardly anyone is there.

First time at Eastview Veterinary Clinic and it was a pleasure!!...Took great care of my pet and all my questions were answered politely.Eastview Clinic will be my new Vet for my pet and will be back!!...Very professional.

I understand that this is a walk in basis clinic, with that being said I sat up there for an hr and a half and was still not seen. I saw lots of employees walking and I was the only one in the waiting room. I have found another vet that won't waste my time!!! I don't even want to give them 1 star they don't deserve even that

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Eastview Veterinary Clinic. My wife called ahead and was told they do not make appointments and that we could simply walk in. So I brought my two dogs in and waited. 3½ hours later, we still hadn’t been seen. During that time, I watched 8+ people come in after me, get seen and leave while we continued sitting there. Apparently they have some sort of system for seeing patients, just not one they feel the need to explain to anyone. After 3½ hours, I finally left because there was no telling how much longer I would have been sitting there. Zero communication, zero consideration for people’s time and an unbelievable lack of organization. If you value your time or expect basic professionalism, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Very personable and professional.My only disappointment is my daughter and I waited in the lobby for 3 hours to be seen. This is so unacceptable when you’re there to just get the next set of shoes and an exam to get flea and tick pills. I am going to have to find somewhere else to go because I don’t have time to wait hours to see a vet. They weren’t busy and had 2 doctors there. Do better Eastview Veterinary Clinic.
