I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing before agreeing to services at this clinic. There was a lack of clear communication regarding what was actually required to receive my friend’s pet’s medication, and what was explained initially was very different from what was expected later. What should have been a simple situation became unnecessarily stressful and complicated. I believe customers deserve clear pricing, consistent information, and professional communication from start to finish. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. They also keep responding to all low star reviews with the same responses instead of taking any accountability.

Dr. Holly Ramey is so wonderful. She truly loves what she does and wants the best for her furry patients and their families. I have taken by two cats and elderly dog to her for years and I always leave the clinic feeling great about the experience. My dog has severe arthritis in her hips, knees, and back and the laser therapy has helped my sweet old girl immensely! SO worth it. And one of my cats is a real a-hole, and Dr. Ramey and the staff handle him so well! I cannot recommend this vet enough!

Changes prices. Will not complete service, will not write prescription for your animals. Then calls the police for non payment/theft. NO ONE is paying for services not rendered. Disgusting behavior. Exam was done, doctor couldn't get the blood draw done. scheduled an appointment 40 days out for blood draw knowing their own policy is that the exam needed to be withing 30 days in order to write the prescription. So scheduled just far enough out that they could change the price and upcharge bc it was considered separate from the exam done previously. Then wanted 75 dollars on top of the blood draw just to see the dog again and refused to write the prescription the blood draw was for. disgusting and money hungry.
